When you need to train anyone while they drive or when they are at the gym then you can use a free program http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
You’ll need a microphone and a quiet place. It takes a long time and it’s a pain.

I use another program to “read” what I write and then convert it to voice. Now you can write it to CD or when add it to your videos.
It’s not free and you need to purchases good sounding voice engines. The software comes with two free and bad sounding voice engines.

I even take great pdf or website articles and convert them to voice and make it available as training material.
