    HI Johan
Great article and a really good point about moving these thins before taking the picture in the first place.
I myself am guilty of taking a picture with some things in the way.

I read on another blog the other day :
“a bad picture is better than no picture”

And this is also so true.
    Keep up the good work.

    Hi Jaco
    Thanks for sharing the point.
Please note that the free software is great and you’ll never need anything else like the expensive Adobe Photoshop…ever. But it’s a tuff learning curve to get used to it. You may want to try only the simple functions and then get brick by brick used to it.
    Regards
    Johan

I totally agree with Jaco, if you don’t/can’t see a picture than you might assume the worst. Even a bad photo is better than nothing, I usually skip over properties that dont have a photo.

On the other hand, looking at properties on the Internet people are shopping with their eyes…so agents need to appeal to that and have decent photos. I have seen some really really bad photos and wonder how those agents ever sell homes. This is a great tutorial on making good photos for your properties. Thanks for sharing (more agents need to read stuff like this).
