How Do You Create A Blog Nav Menu

As you can see on HelpMetoBlog.Com you can navigate to my blog from the menu above. This important if I want to help readers to get back to my blog at anytime. For example: you may have a static page as your blog’s front page. How do readers get to your blog? This is not straightforward and you need to activate two plugins etc.
