In a series of real estate marketing tips I will share with you how you can change your business card, your pamphlets, and your ads to be more effective generators of new leads. I will also share articles with you. You can use these articles as a printed newsletter, an email newsletter or part of you real estate blog.
Today I want to share with you real estate marketings tips for a pamphlet or for the back of your business card.
The first is what I call a not-so-bad kiss on the first date ad because it doesn’t use the two step approach.
“New Real Estate Agent Will Evaluate Your Home For FREE and Compare It To Homes in Your Street or Suburb. Call Santie Today! 0860 60 60 60”
This little ad includes the word FREE but it’s not really an offer that everyone in your community wants. The offer is a free valuation. And many people may not be interested. Therefore you need to change it. The second option is to use the two step approach ad that follows.
