Traditional real estate pamphlets are so boring with most agents expecting the kiss on the first date. An alternative is to send out advice to your listing area. They idea is that you establish yourself as the expert by giving free advice or news. The other day I wrote an article and thought it’s a great idea to print it and send it out to may real estate listing area.
The article shares all the ideas on price to sell rather than price to negotiate. It goes on about the idea that sellers and real estate agents price homes so that there’s fat build into the price. Unfortunately the idea limits the number of buyers who may qualify for the home who actually sees the home. Well I am not going to tell it all again.
