Google to send you buyers and sellers?

When you write an article you need to write for Google and your audience. Today I will only discuss how you can rank high in Google and other search engines like Yahoo.
When Google visits your real estate blog it analysis the (a) words or word phrases you use, (b) where you place them in your article and what you (c) do with them. This article shares some of the basics with you.
- I must stress that when you only write with the objective to rank high in Google, you’ll confuse your readers. Therefore always keep your readers in mind. Sometimes you just want to share a story and you cannot care less if it ranks well in Google.
- The other issue I want to stress is that you must use off-line techniques to get people to subscribe to your blog and then use an email newsletter to get them back to your blog. Google and other search engines will eventually send you traffic.
The issues above needs further explanation and will be discussed in future articles for premium real estate members of this blog.
Let’s focus on how you write articles to rank high in the search engines:
You need to decide what words or word phrases people may use when searching for your product or service.
Let’s use the following example:
If you are a premium real estate agent using this blog you can now login to access the exclusive Marketing Tips For Real Estate Agents.People may search for the phrase “real estate agent in Greyton” and you want to share your services with them.
- The title of your article must include the phrase “Real Estate Agent in Greyton”. For example you can write it as; Meet Your Real Estate Agent in Greyton.
- Then you need to repeat the phrase in the first sentence of your article or blog post.
- Depending on how long your article is you can include the phrase two to four times in your article.
- At the end of your article include it again.
- And finally you can include the phrase again but this time you need to make it a link. This is what I do; Contact your real estate agent in Greyton now by clicking here.
When you write such an article it may take Google sometime to visit your blog if your blog is new but when Google realizes that you post regular news Google will visit you more often. When you are listed on Google go on and search for the phrase. If you wrote your article correctly and if there’s not a lot of competition for the phrase your article should rank well in the search engines.
Please note: Google does not share with us all the tricks of the trade but I am using these tips and am doing pretty well.
