What is an email signature and how can real estate agents use it?
It is usually a few lines of text, placed at the bottom of an email message, forum or newsgroup, which identifies you, your company and why you are different.
How to create a real estate agent email signature file?
- Your name.
- A P.S (post script) or short message advertising your website or business including a call to action.
- Company or website title
- Your website address
- Your phone number
- Email address or other contact information (be careful though to leave your email address)
- Keep your signature file to 6 lines maximum.
The most important aspect of your signature is 2, the post script and the call to action. Your P.S. is the place where you distinguish yourself from anyone else.
How do you create string P.S.?
- You can include a catchy quotation that relates to what you do or who you are. The following is an email signature example for a real estate agent:

If you want to include an email address write the email address as name @ whatever. com (with the spaces to stop spammers from harvesting your email address)
- Include it in all outgoing email.
- Most online forums allow you to add signature to your post. It’s important that you include a well written email signature that includes a link to your website or blog.
- Writing http://ezinearticles.com/ articles to be republished. Article writing is a great way to get more traffic to your blog/site. And when it gets republished your signature with a link to your blog is included.
